　　Wrong：请你告诉巴里亚来我那儿。

　　Right：请你告诉巴里亚来我这儿。

　　The error lies in the confusion of two words of close and distant reference respectively.那儿 refers to a location further away from the speaker while 这儿 refers to somewhere around the speaker. The action “来”which is towards the speaker (“我”)brings “巴里亚”close to “我”.Thus 这儿 is the right word.

　　Example:

　　Wrong：你去那儿？

　　Right：你去哪儿？

　　“那儿”pronounced nàr is a demonstrative pronoun denoting “that place”; “哪儿”pronounced nǎr is an interrogative pronoun denoting “which place”. Thus “哪儿”should be used instead of “那儿”.

　　Example:

　　Wrong：明天早上你去朋友吗？

　　Right：明天早上你去朋友那儿吗？

　　The object of the verb “去”ought to be a word of locality. “朋友”is a personal noun, but it becomes a presents of locality with “这儿”or“那儿”added to it. Since “去”represents an action in direction of somewhere further away from the speaker, it requires “那儿”as the head word of its object.
